About

Received B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Pernambuco, Brazil, in 1976 and 1997, respectively. In 2006, he received PhD in Production Engineering from the Federal University of Paraiba. He is currently a Senior Researcher and Professor at the Federal University of Paraíba. It is one of the leaders of the Energy Research Group and Production UFPB. It is reviewer of the journals: International Journal on Production Research (UK), Produção on Line Journal,  Produto e Produção. The areas of research are: Ergonomics and Mental Workload of Operators of Electric Power Control Centers; Energy Efficiency in Industry, Electric Power Quality in Industry; Ergonomics and Work Safety in Industry.
